Do I need a Referral from my provider?
Yes and No; depending on the kind of homecare service you want. If you want the non-medical home care service, then you do not need pre-authorization or prescription. But, if you choose the medical home care service, then we need the doctor’s authorization because we create a care plan based on doctors’ orders.
How much will services cost?
No care plan is the same for everyone. Each patient gets the care plan that suits their health condition or need. There are many factors that help to determine the actual cost of a home care plan, which also depends on the kind of service.
